Company policy

1. Payments

Payments can be made using cash, Zelle, Cash Apple, and Cash App. A card payment will be necessary for the booking deposit, while the remaining balance must be settled using cash, Zelle, Cash Apple, or Cash App.

2. No-Show Policy:
Any client that doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

3. Appointment Deposit & Reservation:
A non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve any and all appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the appointment fees on the day of your appointment. 

Remaining balance is due the day of the appointment. Cash and Credit cards are accepted.

4. Cancellation Policy:
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24 hrs, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another deposit to secure your appointment.

5. Late Policy:
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are 7 mintues late you will be charged $1 a mintue. if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be canceled. We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we lose not only your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

6. Loyalty Card 

Loyalty cards is a discounted card. After your six visit you receive 20% on your 6th visit. Must spend $50 or more to receive punches on card. Cannot combine loyalty card with a promotional deal. Loyalty cards can only be used on regular fee. 

7. Sales

All sales are final. There are no exchange or refunds.
